Congratulations to Worshipful Brother “Barrie”.

At the Regular Meeting of Pilgrim Lodge on Monday 23rd March 2026 the Worshipful Master, W Bro. Singh, was delighted to share with the Brethren an account of the wonderful celebration marking the presentation of the 60th Anniversary Certificate to W. Bro. Robinson. It was a truly memorable and uplifting occasion. The presentation was held at Barrie’s residence.

The event was a joyful success, attended by distinguished representatives from Pilgrim Lodge, Linton Lodge, and Excelsior Chapter, alongside Brenda, his devoted wife, and four generations of his family which included his sons, his daughter, his granddaughter, and his great-granddaughter, making it both a deeply special Masonic, and a family, celebration.

In a touching tribute, W. Bro. Nash remarked on the unique honour of having presented both the 50th and now the 60th Anniversary Certificates; a rare and meaningful privilege. He also paid special recognition to one of W. Bro. Robinson’s many achievements, notably his role as a Founding Member of Linton Lodge, and to his years of dedicated service in numerous offices at both Lodge and Provincial levels.

This celebration stood as a fitting and heartfelt recognition of an exceptional and distinguished Masonic career and was enjoyed by all who attended.

The presentation was conducted by W. Bro. Nash, who, with warmth and admiration, reflected on W. Bro. Robinson’s remarkable Masonic journey.

W. Bro. ‘Barrie’ responded with sincere thanks, expressing his appreciation to all who attended. He was clearly moved and delighted by the occasion and the honour bestowed upon him.
